1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of LIPTON, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use this type of service in your region. One person is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts created from the same person, phone number, device, or payment details may be merged or suspended.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and transaction password private. Do not share them with anyone, including anyone claiming to represent support. All activity performed from your account is treated as your own. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.

4. Deposits

Deposits must be made only through the payment channels shown inside the platform. Payments sent to any other account, personal UPI, or third-party agent are not our responsibility and cannot be credited. Always use the exact amount and reference details shown on the deposit page.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank or wallet details saved in your profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details; funds sent to a wrong beneficiary provided by you cannot be recovered. Processing windows, minimum amounts, and applicable service charges are those displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of the request.

6. Plans, Returns & Risk

Every plan carries its own duration, amount, and return schedule, which is shown to you before purchase. Those displayed terms are what apply — no representative, agent, or group admin can promise you anything different. Returns are generated by platform activity and are not a guaranteed, risk-free income. Only use funds you can afford to commit.

7. Referral & Team Commission

Referral and team commissions are paid according to the levels and rates published in the platform, and may be revised for future earnings with notice. Self-referral, fake or duplicate accounts, bulk signups, and misleading promotional claims made in your name are strictly prohibited and may lead to forfeiture of commissions and closure of the account.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, automation, or any tool to interact with the platform
• Exploiting a bug, glitch, or pricing error instead of reporting it
• Chargebacks, reversed payments, or fake payment proofs
• Using funds from illegal sources, or acting on behalf of another person
• Attempting to access other users' accounts, admin areas, or internal APIs
• Abusive, threatening, or fraudulent behaviour towards other users or staff

9. Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, freeze, or permanently close an account, and hold related balances pending review, where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or a breach of these terms. Where a review clears the account, held funds are released.

10. Service Availability

The platform may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. Features, limits, and rates may change as the product develops.

11. Privacy

Information you provide is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Details are explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version shown in the platform is the version that applies, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
